For product defect or defects arising from shipping process, request for replacement of new product shall be made within seven days after receiving the product.
For non-artifical damage we offer six months of warranty period. In this period, we provide free repair service for the product with this card and purchase receipt but such service will be limited to normal use only.
As to non-warranty or with human-made damages product, we will check if a repair is economical/available and provide a chargeable service to customer’s consideration. The basic repair service charge is around NT$200. The product transportation will be also charged.
