售後服務保證卡 After-sales service
1. 若新品本身有瑕疵或運送過程導致瑕疵,到貨7日內可更換新品。
For product defect or defects arising from shipping process, request for replacement of new product shall be made within seven days after receiving the product.
2. 本產品提供6個月非人為損害保固,自購買日起6個月內非人為因素發生掉鑽或斷鍊等情況,可持本卡及購買單據至本公司免費維修。
For non-artifical damage we offer six months of warranty period. In this period, we provide free repair service for the product with this card and purchase receipt but such service will be limited to normal use only.
3. 非保固期間或人為損害的維修,將酌收零件或維修費用,並在徵詢您的同意後著手修復,基本工資費用約為新台幣200元,維修來回寄送費用由買方負擔。
As to non-warranty or with human-made damages product, we will check if a repair is economical/available and provide a chargeable service to customer’s consideration. The basic repair service charge is around NT$200. The product transportation will be also charged.
